Wow! How good is this?? I’ve packed lots of goodies into this one – pumpkin seeds being one of them – so good! Walnuts are so good for our brains too – maybe that’s why they look like each other! … Continued
Dukkah – Bush Tucker 150gm
...capturing the flavours and freshness of Australian Bush spices. This is another delicious dukkah made using four native ingredients; lemon myrtle, roasted wattle seed, blood lime (wow!) and mountain pepper leaf. It’s a lovely fresh dukkah and I love it sprinkled over cauliflower cheese or on fish – delish!
Dukkah – Egyptian 150gm
...an exotic blend of roasted almonds, sesame seeds and middle-eastern spices. This product is where the story of Thistle Be Good begins. I have been making Dukkah since the very beginning, in 2002. It is our biggest seller product of ALL the ranges and we have the recipe absolutely perfect! You can try others but everyone always returns to ours; I am very proud of it! Use traditionally by dipping crusty bread into olive oil then into dukkah as a healthy dip or use as a Gluten Free crumbing. I lightly crumb chicken or fish, then shallow fry and either eat it as a main meal, or sliced up in a wrap with a big salad.
Quinoa – Sundried Tomato with Kalamata Olives 225gm
This is my favourite variety to make in the factory! The aroma from the Queensland sundried tomatoes being chopped and then mixed is intensely delicious . I use this product in a healthy recipe for gluten free tabouleh. Simply cook the quinoa as per instructions, cool, then mix through chopped parsley, red onion, and ripe tomato. Finish off with a squeeze of lemon juice and some olive oil – all set to go!
