Dukkah's

Dukkah is an Egyptian almond and spice mixture that is enjoyed mainly as a nibble with olive oil and chunks of crusty bread but it also has many other uses!
Thistle Be Good makes three different blends.
Bush Tucker Dukkah - contains almonds, sesame seeds and four locally grown native spices of blood lime, lemon myrtle, wattle seed and mountain pepperleaf.
Egyptian Dukkah - based on the traditional recipe, with almonds, sesame seeds and middle-eastern spices, all roasted to perfection - Jacqui's favourite.
Chilli Dukkah - similar spices to the Egyptian but with paprika, chilli and a secret ingredient!
The Rub's

The Rub is a selection of instant marinades. That is, they are pure spice blends with added sea salt.  They are very concentrated and contain nothing artificial with no preservatives or fillers.
They can be rubbed onto chicken, fish, lamb, beef or tofu etc and cooked in your favourite way - works great on the barbeque.
The Rub has the most amazing aroma and all have wonderful flavours. This is a very successful product - people love the easy factor.
Barbeque Breakthrough Rub - a mild blend ideal for the family that is based on paprika, onion, garlic, cloves, nutmeg and sea salt.
Moroccan Mayhem Rub - a hot North African blend that is based on cumin, coriander, cinnamon, rosemary, chilli, tarragon, cardamom, cloves and sea salt.
Bollywood Bliss Rub - mild and aromatic blend that is based on cumin, coriander, fennel, fenugreek, cardamom, cinnamon and sea salt.
Rajun Cajun Rub - a fiery blend from Southern USA that is based on paprika, black pepper, onion, thyme, garlic, marjoram, cayenne, chilli and sea salt.
Tandoori Temptation Rub - medium hot Indian blend that is based on coriander, turmeric, paprika, ginger, garlic, cinnamon and sea salt.
